Members and roles

Add members and manage their workspace roles.

Use members and roles to control who can access a Querio workspace and what they can manage.

Add a member

  1. Open workspace settings
  2. Go to members
  3. Click Add new member
  4. Enter the team member's email
  5. Choose their role
  6. Send the invite

Querio sends a signup link to the email address.

Roles

Admin users can manage datasources, members, context, and workspace settings.

Member users can use Querio for analysis but do not manage the workspace.

Change a role

You can change a member's role after they join. Open the member list, choose the role selector, and pick the new role.
